• DIY & Expert Cost-Effective Concentrate Solution

 

• No complicated mixing ratios - our formula is very easy to mix for convenience and consistency. Each box includes a 16 oz cup. Simply pour (1) 16 oz cup of concentrate to a 1 gallon container to create a ready-to-use cleaning solution. Can be used undiluted for full strength for heavy build-up staining

- Directions: 1 quart concentrate makes 2 gallons mixed cleaner.

Mixing 1 Gallon:

1. Remove 16 oz cup from box.

2. Close/lock lid; push top finger slot.

3. Push red circle & remove.

4. Pull tab forward; pull spout out & lock into circle.

5. Push tab into groove & secure.

6. Remove spout safety tab.

7. Fill 1-gallon sprayer halfway with water.

8. Fill 16 oz cup; pour into sprayer.

9. Top off with water to 1-gallon line. Close and shake.

10. Spray cleaner on efflorescence, let sit 5-10 minutes, rinse & repeat application until removed

- Power washer recommended for best results.

- Can be applied at lighter dilutions as well if needed.

- Can apply straight concentrate to heavy thick stubborn calcium efflorescence - May etch certain masonry surfaces at strong dilutions if too much repeated use. For super-heavy, caked-on efflorescence, start by scraping or using a wire wheel to remove the thickest buildup. Then apply F-Lo to dissolve and clean the remaining deposits.

- Horizontal surfaces: Use a circular surface-cleaner attachment with your pressure washer for the most even results.

- Vertical surfaces: Use a pressure-washer wand/lance or apply and rinse with a hose when lower pressure is preferred.

Pro Tips:

• Fix mismatched old & new pavers: Use straight concentrate for new brighter pavers (e.g. replacement paver pieces) to blend with the older pieces, then clean all pavers with mixed contents
