Chemical & Liquid Product Disclaimer:

NO PŪRJ F-Lo Efflorescence Cleaner Returns accepted due to it being hazmat/hazardous.

Our products are chemical and/or liquid-based. Due to the nature of these products:

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, applied, altered, or improperly stored

  • Product performance may vary based on surface type, preparation, application method, environmental conditions, and user handling

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, instructions, and safety information prior to purchase and use

Defective Products Only:

We only accept claims for products that arrive defective or damaged.

If you believe your product is defective, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect

  • Clear photos and/or video evidence

All defect claims are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion.

No Refunds | Replacement Only:

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or defective, we will provide a replacement product only, subject to availability.
